I loved my health coaching sessions with Breanna and found them very rewarding. During the coaching sessions we were able to work on my health goals and implement daily routine changes into my lifestyle that allowed me to feel better, concentrate better, manage my time better, manage my weight and increase my energy level. Breanna also worked with me to help with mindfulness and in a space I felt comfortable with and didn’t overwhelm me with big changes, but achievable ones, and I felt that was a huge benefit.
